HOW DO I SIGN UP?
1) Click “SIGN UP”
2) Fill in the application form: the form includes a personal information section and a medical screening section. You can also select your preferred start date here.
3) Once I have received your application form, within 48 hours you will receive an email from me confirming your place. Sign up will depend on your medical status.
4) Once your place is confirmed, I will then send you a payment link. 100% of the payment is required upfront before the first day of your start date.

As this is a home based programme, this is the perfect place to start as a beginner! Before starting you will be medically screened to make sure the programme is suitable for you. As this is managed through my app, you will receive videos of all the exercises included which you can watch and practice in advance of completing your workout.
Starting your fitness journey in the comfort of your own home is the perfect place to build your confidence.

I recommend that you invest in three pairs of dumbbells.
A light set ( 2kg - 3kg pair)
A medium set (5 - 6kg pair)
A heavy set (8kg - 10kg pair)
All this equipment costs approximately £90 and would be need to be purchased by you before the programme starts. I do not provide this.

I do not recommend that pre or post-natal women follow this programme as it is not personalised to your recovery after birth. After birth, there are lots of extra considerations which need to be taken into account which this programme does not allow for.

There are 3 main workouts designed to be no longer than 30 minutes. With a warm up and cool down expect 40 minutes in total. The first time you do the workouts they may take you a little longer as you get used to the app and the exercises.
There are optional finishers which last 10 minutes long and a shorter HIIT style workouts which is 20 minutes long.

No, this does not include nutrition coaching, however I can work out your recommended calories and macro’s for you if you’d like.

As this is not a 1:1 coaching slot, you won’t have a weekly check in form or have any formalised contact time with me.
However, you will have access to the WhatsApp group where the group will share their workout updates as well as food and recipe inspiration. I will also be able to help if you have any issues with set up or using my coaching app.

The programme may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. It is important that I medically screen every applicant to ensure the programme is as safe as possible for you. If you do have certain medical conditions which mean you can’t sign up to the programme, I will contact you with further advice or recommendations.
